• Email to Buyer/Seller with escrow information and EMD delivery instructions for your Buyer

• Preparation of complete disclosure package to your Seller for them to fill-out and sign before going into escrow** Transaction timeline and reminders of contingency dates & deadlines.

• Status updates directly to you regarding your transaction Communication with the co-operative agent/TC, escrow & lender to give or request regular updates

• NHD Reports & home warranties ordered on your behalf Disclosures sent to your Buyer/Seller to be reviewed

• and signed

• Signature notifications and reminders to you and Buyer/Seller Preparation of addendums and extensions *

• Complete file that meets your Broker's requirements

• Splitting and Uploading of executed documents into Broker compliance system

• At closing, receive a digital file of all fully executed contract documents, disclosures and reports for you to download
